REFUNDS ON FAULTY ITEMS
- All customers must return their faulty item(s) within 14 days of the date on their dispatch email to qualify for a full refund.
- Must have not been worn or opened and still have the tag attached.
- Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all products until they are received by us.
